Acclaimed performance artist James Luna has created Making Do, a work specifically designed to be presented in the Crane North American Indian Cultures Hall here at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science. In this unique art installation, Luna illustrates his artistic, social, and political commentary, and his push to develop and expand his work. Don't be fooled that he is a nice Indian "storyteller." Luna's stories are humorous and painful at the same time. He reflects on more than just Indian people; Luna explores the strife, misconceptions, and commodification of ethnicity in America.
