The Science Lounge

Every third Thursday, 6:30 – 9:30 p.m.

Join the Museum every third Thursday of the month for entertainment, mind-expanding science, and cocktails. Ages 21 and up.

Lectures

Locally and internationally known speakers share their knowledge in lectures offered year-round. You’ll hear from scientists, adventurers, and explorers, along with professionals from many different disciplines.

Classes & Field Trips

Explore archaeology, earth science, health science, space science, and zoology. Classes range in length from one evening to several and are designed for students of every level.

Paleontology Certification Program

Become certified to work in a Museum lab or to collect fossils on a dig. Paleontology Certification Program Courses are taught by Museum curators and associates throughout the year.

Travel

Journey to sites across North America. Educational trips are led by knowledgeable Museum staff.

Lunchtime Lectures

Curators and research associates bring you the latest research news from inside and outside the Museum. Free with Museum admission.
