Be a part of this research study led by curator and taste expert Nicole Garneau, PhD. and her partners from the American Society of Brewing Chemists, the Brewers Association at, and the Cicerone Certification Program. You and your fellow beer lovers, citizen scientists, and foodies will enjoy specifically designed beer and food tastings while helping us begin to crack the beer pairing code using your feedback. Includes beer tastings and a three course vegetarian dinner.
