How to Register
Registration: You may
register online or call the reservation office at 303.370.6000, 9
a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
By Telephone
For credit card payment only, call 303.370.6000, 9 a.m. to 5
p.m. Monday through Friday. Please complete the Families &
Children registration form below before you call.
* We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American
Express.

* Mail or fax your registration forms any time. Forms will
be processed in the order they are received.
Important
Please register in one manner only. For example,
do not register by both telephone and fax. This causes double
registration, excess paperwork, and a great deal of confusion.
Registration forms will not be processed if information is
incomplete.

Age and Grade Specifications
Workshops are age and grade specific. Children must be in the
designated grade or be the appropriate age for the workshop.
Workshops are for children only, unless specified as a Family
Program.
Refund and Exchange Policy
The Museum has a no refund, no exchange policy. All sales are
final for children's weekend workshops and children's summer day
camps. Refunds will be given only if the Museum cancels a
workshop.
Confirmation
You will receive written confirmation for each class in which
your child is enrolled.
Medication Policy
Museum staff is not permitted to administer medication,
including EpiPens. Please do not leave any medication with the
classroom teachers. If your child has a medical condition that
requires attention, please speak to the children's workshop
coordinators.
Security Information
For safety reasons, it is the responsibility of the parents or
guardians to sign children in and out of workshops. The person who
signs the children in must also be the person who signs them out,
unless the change is indicated on the workshop roster
(identification will be required at pick up) when signing in the
child. Please be aware that the Museum does not offer supervision
of children before or after workshops.
Special Needs
If your child has any special needs or health concerns, please
note them on the registration form or notify Reservations on the
telephone.
Waiver of Liability
Please be advised that by enrolling your child in Museum
workshops, you are releasing the Denver Museum of Nature &
Science and its staff from any liability for injury or property
damage in or out of the Museum.
