If you’ve never grown up then this is the place for you! Help our younger visitors explore the world of science through experiments, crafts, and games. Dissect owl pellets, make slime, explore the brain, blow bubbles, put on an animal puppet show, play mancala or a maraca, discover air pressure in a vacuum chamber, and much more. Skills and Abilities: Friendly, outgoing, and great with kids Training: Lectures & Technique training (9.5-13.5 hours in 1 year), on-the-job training (3 hours) Schedule: One four and a half -hour shift (9:45 a.m.–2:15 p.m. or 11:45 a.m.–4:15 p.m.) or six-hour shift (9:45 a.m.–4:15 p.m.) per week or every other week; available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, afternoon only, and Saturday, afternoon only Minimum Commitment: One year Age Requirement: Available to individual applicants 14 and older; family groups
