September 29, 2006–January 1, 2007
What powers your imagination? Challenge your creativity and ingenuity and explore the fun side of engineering.
Try your hand at designing and building boats, bridges, windmills, and airplanes. Then test the performance of your creations in water tanks, earthquake simulators, and wind tunnels.
In addition, experiment with gears and pulleys, operate a cargo crane, and learn more about engineers in the real world. The RocketWorks lab, a unique Denver addition to the traveling exhibition, allows you to design, build, decorate, and launch your own rocket.
