Titans of the Ice Age 3D transports viewers to the beautiful and otherworldly frozen landscapes of North America, Europe and Asia ten thousand years before modern civilization. Peer through the 3D canvas to an ancient world of ice, the dawn of our species, a time when man shared the tundra with majestic woolly beasts. Dazzling computer-generated imagery brings this mysterious era to life -- from saber-toothed cats and cave bears to dire wolves and woolly mammoths -- giants both feared and hunted by prehistoric humans. Paleontology Certification Program
The Paleontology Certification Program is a unique series of classes offered by the Denver Museum of Nature & Science for those who wish to learn more about paleontology and develop skills in the study, preparation, curation, and collection of fossils. Students will learn the principles of paleontology and geology, including the origin and evolution of life, classification of fossils, and formation of rocks, as well as ethics and methods of paleontological lab work, field work, and research.
