It’s a one-man show this month presented by Dimitri Klebe.
Dimitri begins close to home (relatively speaking) by bringing us the latest on the Dawn mission. The spacecraft was captured into orbit around the dwarf planet Ceres in early March. This is the second extraterrestrial object visited by Dawn. In 2011 the spacecraft explored the giant asteroid Vesta.
Next, he goes to the outer Solar System to cover the new examination of trans-Neptunian objects that suggest two planets may lurk in the shadows.
Speaking of shadows, Dimitri’s next story is about how the Rosetta probe captured a photo of its own shadow on the comet it’s studying from orbit.
