Join Dr. Nicole Garneau of the Genetics of Taste research team at the lunchtime lecture: Genes and Cuisines that Reign Supreme. The lecture will be held next Wednesday, June 9th, 2010, in the Ricketson Auditorium at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science. Dr. Garneau will be joined by two very special guests as she explores the science behind the sense of taste, Dr. Thomas Finger and Chef Ian Kleinman.

Dr. Finger joins us from the Rocky Mountain Taste and Smell Institute and brings with his world-renowned expertise on taste perception.

Chef Kleinman, of the Willy Wonka inspired masterpiece, The Inventing Room, will truly bring flavor to the discussion as a molecular gastronomist and professional chef.
