National Library Week

April 10-16, 2011 is National Library Week. Here at the Bailey Library, we are celebrating by launching our new web page. We will be using this space to highlight parts of our collections and announce new acquisitions. One of our recent donations was the Grand Canyon collection assembled by the late Dr. Henry Toll. It includes a number of rare volumes from the early years of exploration of the west, and also recent works with color photographs. Dr. Toll was a member of the Powell Society, which produced a popular series of River Runners Guides, which are also included in the collection.
