Snowmass Mammoth moved to Paleo Lab

During the last six months, the largest specimen from the Snowmass dig, a massive mammoth, was prepared in the insect exhibit area. The insects were boarded up and out of visitors' view. This week, the mammoth moved to the Paleo Lab, and the DMNS Insect exhibit reopened! We used the occupation period to refurbish the panel on butterfly scales and to replace the life cycle panel. If you missed the insects, or even if you did not miss them, come and have a look! The bugs are back!
