Why does the Museum's Snowmastadon Project collect?

The Konovalenko Project team is off to Europe to work with Ms. Anna Konovalenko! Since her husband Vasily's untimely death in 1989, Ms. Konovalenko has worked tirelessly to enhance her husband's legacy and help the world enjoy his art. While museum photographer Rick Wicker takes high quality photographs of her sculptures, Nash will conduct oral histories and make copies of important archival documents. Together, they will make plans to continue the Konovalenko Project at several major museums in Moscow. The Team will provide daily updates and new photographs for you to enjoy!
