Is this class offered at the Museum?

Yes, Colorado Native, and many other programs, can be scheduled at the Museum.

Compare the lifestyles of American Indians in Colorado. Experience life on the Great Plains in a tipi. Learn to weave, bead, and make pottery. Play music and trade artifacts at a "powwow." Please note: Tipi requires a 15-foot ceiling. The program content will be adapted for your grade level.

Class Size: Maximum 30 students per class

Class Length: 45 minutes

Spanish-speaking educators may be available upon request.
