This program requires space for six groups of students to work as well as space for a computer with a projector for a PowerPoint presentation. This program also requires 30-45 minutes to set up and 30-45 minutes to break down.
Are you up to the challenge? You'll see toys in a whole new light as you examine the potential and kinetic energy that makes them work. Then, put your new knowledge to the test as toy inventors. Your projects will require teamwork, critical thinking, and lots of hands-on experiments as you design a toy that transfers and transforms energy.
Spanish-speaking educators may be available upon request.
