Paula Cushing, Curator of Invertebrate Zoology,
will talk about her research on spider biodiversity in the Rocky
Mountain region and discuss her work with Arachnonauts - spiders
she helped send into space. She will demonstrate field techniques
used to collect spiders and will talk about spider habitats.
Broadcasting live from the field if weather permits.

This video will introduce your students to the topic of the
broadcast. After viewing this video, we encourage you to give your
students time to develop questions for our Scientists.
