What is the role of the group coordinator?
One adult coordinator per reservation is required. The group coordinator serves as liaison with the Museum and is responsible for making the reservation, arranging payment, attending a mandatory orientation, coordinating trip logistics, and communicating with chaperones.
Is a deposit required?
A $10 per person, nonrefundable deposit is due after receipt of your confirmation packet.
How do I make a payment?
Please mail your payment or call Reservations at 303.370.6000 to pay by credit card. Please include your Confirmation Number.
What if the number in my group changes?
The final participant number and full payment is required on or before your Camp-in orientation date. Additional participants may be accommodated, depending on space and time considerations. Please contact beth.bavolek@dmns.org for any changes in the size of your group.
Enjoy the best of the best at this fun overnight adventure in the Museum! Participate in hands-on workshops about health, space, and other sciences, view a Planetarium show and an IMAX movie, explore the Museum's world-renowned exhibition halls, sleep among the dioramas, and end your visit the next morning with a trip to the Denver Zoo.
Cost includes admission to the Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Planetarium and IMAX admission, hands-on workshops, evening snack, light breakfast, and overnight in the Museum.
