Six-Week Online CourseOctober 4–November 15, 2014
Course fee: $150. 2.0 graduate-level re-licensure credits available through the Colorado School of Mines. This course is for credit only.
Upon successful completion of the course (all face-to-face meetings and online coursework) a rebate of the course fee will be given. No rebates will be given if a participant does not complete the course.
Children cannot be accommodated in Teachers Professional Development Programs; no exceptions. Participants who arrive with children will not be admitted to the program.
This hybrid 6-week course especially for secondary teachers is designed to give educators a more in-depth study of the brain and how that relates to topics of form and function; evolution; and applications for learning and teaching. This course is in partnership with the American Museum of Natural History and their Seminars on Science program.
