In-Service/Preservice Teacher Program

In addition to the Professional Development Courses planned throughout the school year, there is an opportunity for in-service and preservice teachers to explore the amazing science education resources available at the Museum.  These courses are typically offered M-F, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Design Your Own programs are in-depth sessions where you will:

• Gain science or social studies content knowledge based on your group's goals.
• Discover how the Museum's unique resources can support your curriculum.
• Learn about the programs available for teachers and school groups.

Please note: Children cannot be accommodated in Teacher Professional Development Programs; no exceptions.  Participants who arrive with children will not be admitted to the program.
