Children cannot be accommodated in Teachers Professional Development Programs; no exceptions. Participants who arrive with children will not be admitted to the program.
Children are curious about rocks, so where do you begin the conversation and how do you answer all their questions? Explore rocks and minerals, and what makes them the same or different? Discover how to build on children’s natural tendencies to collect and sort the rocks they find.

All programs require payment at time of registration. All sales are final unless the Museum cancels the event.
Will I receive a certificate of hours?
Yes. If you attend the entire 2.5 hour session, you will
receive a certificate prior to leaving.
Do I have to attend all three sessions?
No, you may come to the workshops of your choice; however, we do
encourage you to attend all of the Tidbits to help build your ECE
learning community and increase your science teaching knowledge and
