In addition to the Professional Development courses planned throughout the school year, there is an opportunity for preservice teachers to explore the amazing science education resources available at the Museum. These courses are typically offered Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

Museum 101 programs are in-depth sessions where you will

• gain science or social studies content knowledge based on your group’s goals
• discover how the Museum’s unique resources can support your curriculum
• learn about the programs available for teachers and school groups

Please note: Children cannot be accommodated in Teacher Professional Development Programs; no exceptions. Participants who arrive with children will not be admitted to the program.
