This mini field trip is designed to take preservice teachers on a Prehistoric Journey, where they will use the exhibits and Museum’s education collections to answer the question “Is T. rex a great big chicken?” Not only will you enjoy the exhibition with a Museum educator but you will also hear about the wealth of resources and materials available for teachers and students alike.

Additional Information

Participants will spend about 30 minutes in the exhibition, followed by 15 minutes in a classroom learning about the Museum resources and materials. Add a trip to the IMAX Theater, the Planetarium, or a temporary exhibition for an additional fee.
