Presenter: Sharon Reiter

Date Aired: November 1, 2012

Objects and artifacts can be a great source of excitement and curiosity in your classroom, but how do you get past basic questions and craft inquiry-based experiences and raise your students' curiosity to the next level of questioning and understanding?  Even objects found in your classroom can enhance your abilities to challenge students to ask questions and deepen their critical thinking skills, not only in science but all subject areas.

Join veteran middle school teacher and Museum educator Sharon Reiter for a practical discussion of how to use objects and targeted questioning to enrich the culture of inquiry and collaboration in your classroom.  This is the second webinar in the Inquiry Shop Series.
