Program Description

Take a moment to connect online with other teachers and pick up some new tips to spruce up and deepen your lessons for the end of the year. In preparation for our upcoming summer workshop for elementary teachers, Explore Before Explain, Pat Brown, the workshop’s facilitator will join us for this free webinar. Pat will highlight some simple yet powerful approaches you can adopt for tomorrow’s lesson using examples that will help to foster greater engagement with your students. Patrick Brown, PhD, is the Executive Director of STEM and Career Education for the Fort Zumwalt School District in O’Fallon, MO.  He is the author of the NSTA Press books, Instructional Sequence Matters (Grades 6-8 and 3-5).
