DENVER―May 31―The Denver Museum of Nature & Science will provide free admission to all MY Denver Card holders June 3 through Aug. 20.

“We are so grateful to be a place that for an hour or all day children and their families can ignite and explore their passions for science,” said George Sparks, President and CEO of the Museum. “We hope to see every MY Denver Card holder at the Museum at least once this summer.”

Launched in 2013, MY Denver Card offers free, year-round access to Denver’s recreation centers and pools, multiple arts, science and cultural venues, and serves as a library card for more than 100,000 Denver children ages 5 to 18.

MY Denver Card has become a national model for keeping children engaged in positive activities when school is not in session. The program was made possible by Denver voters’ overwhelming support in 2012 of Measure 2A to restore funding to a number of city programs.
