Be Inspired by Women in Science!

Girls & Science knows that if girls can see it, they can dream it and BE it! Connecting girls with women mentors in STEAM careers to then allow girls to ask questions, get inspired, and explore the many diverse opportunities a future career in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math can bring!

CBS Colorado will host a Girls & Science Community Conversation that will feature our Girls & Science STEM Mentors and participants from Girls Inc. of Metro Denver. The informational panel discussion will focus on each mentor’s career in STEM and the importance of encouraging girls to consider STEM as a career and a field of study.

The Community Conversation will air on CBS News Colorado on Thursday, March 16th at 7pm.

CBS Colorado will also stream a Meet the Mentor special in late March on CBS News Colorado.  The special will highlight Girls & Science female mentors and their careers in STEM.  Check back in March for more details.

You can also tune into CBS News Colorado throughout the month of March to see ongoing coverage of Girls & Science.  Learn more at http://cbscolorado.com/girlsandscience

The ninth annual Girls & Science event is hosted by the Museum, CBS Colorado, and Girls Inc. of Metro Denver.

Girls & Science would not be possible without our generous supporters and sponsors!
