About Extreme Sports: Beyond Human Limits

Take an action-packed ride through the world of extreme sports! You and your friends and family will be put to the test as you jump, fly, dive, climb, and explore some of the riskiest activities in the world. Physical, multimedia, and creative challenges place you inside the minds and bodies of extreme athletes and their passions, such as wingsuit flying, ice and rock climbing, parkour, and free diving. Amid exhilarating speeds, breathtaking heights, and profound depths, the stories of these passionate athletes will leave you inspired to push yourself to your own personal limit.

 

  • Virtually race the backcountry slopes.
  • Balance along a highline.
  • Discover what it’s like to pilot a wingsuit.
  • Put your personality to the test and see if you have what it takes to go to the extreme!
  • Take a virtual leap off of a cliff.
  • Experiment with the physics of snowboarding slopes.
  • Traverse the climbing walls, including one that’s kid-sized.
  • Practice holding your breath and testing your balance.
  • Trace in the footsteps of a parkour athlete and get into an upside-down halfpipe photo op.
  • Learn about two athletes at the forefront of wheelchair motocross (WCMX) – a sport gaining momentum in the adaptive community.
  • Dig into climbing-related anatomy, strength, body mechanics, and equipment.
