Camp-in Logistics

Prepare for Your Day

These links will help you facilitate questions parents and campers might have about their overnight adventure.  Please look over this information and note any questions you have.  We will review some of this information at your orientation.

This Camp-in Survival Guide gives you important information you will need to understand the Camp-in program and its policies.  As Group Coordinator, one of your most important responsibilities is to serve as the liaison between your group and the Museum.

Below you'll find convenient resources to print before your Camp-in. Please give a copy to each chaperone.

Required Forms

Please make copies of both forms below and have them completely filled out for each Camp-in participant, adults included. These forms need to be turned in at check-in the day of your Camp-in.

Orientation

Orientations are available upon request for Group Coordinators over the phone or in person at the Museum. We recommend orientations for teachers that have not attedned a Camp-in. Please email [email protected] to schedule an orientation.
