Martha is a vertebrate preparator in the Zoology Prep Lab. She works to prepare skeletons, skins, tissues, and parasites for the Zoology collections. Her background is in mammalian anatomy and physiology as well as veterinary science. One of her major goals is to take the ick-factor out of anatomy and the Prep Lab. She wants to help people get interested in the forms behind how bodies function. She is a Denver-area native and spent time as a Denver Museum of Nature & Science volunteer before joining the staff.
