Tickets & Arrival

Please have your timed-entry ticket ready (printed or on your mobile device). 

Please use the West entrance for access to Magical Winter Nights. Doors will open at 4 p.m. daily, some exceptions apply. 

We recommend arriving early, especially on weekends and holidays. 

If you purchased a discounted souvenir mug as part of your ticket combo, you’ll pick it up when you check in.

Parking & Getting Here

Accessible parking spaces are located in the main parking lot on the north side, in the underground parking garage (enter at the northwest corner of the lot) and on the east side of the Museum just outside the Infinity Theater. 

Parking is free, but spaces fill up fast during the holidays, so we recommend leaving a little extra time to find a spot.

Dress & Seasonal Conditions

This is an indoor experience – no need to layer on the winter gear.  

We recommend comfortable footwear for exploring the different winter worlds.

Accessibility & Rentals

Single-wide strollers are highly encouraged.

The experience is ADA-accessible. However, it includes an inaccessible synthetic skating rink.

No outside food or beverages allowed.  

Warm beverages, cocktails and snacks will be available for purchase in select areas.

This event proceeds no matter whether it’s raining or snowing. If the Museum cancels for any reason, ticket holders will be notified with their options.
