Celebrate Juneteenth: Freedom Day
Celebrate Juneteenth: Freedom Day at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science on Thursday, June 19!
Enjoy FREE general admission all day, plus live performances, music, and engaging activities for the whole family that honor Black culture, history, and achievement in science and beyond.
While you’re here:
- Explore "Jurassic Oceans: Monsters of the Deep" (additional ticket required)
- Experience "Angkor: The Lost Empire of Cambodia" (included with admission)
Join us as we reflect, learn, and celebrate together.

Parking
Limited free parking is available in the Museum’s underground garage. We highly encourage alternative transportation—please consider carpooling, using rideshare services, or taking public transit.
Due to construction on the east side of the building, please enter the parking lot via 23rd Avenue.
Out of respect for our community, we kindly ask that you do not park in the neighborhood across from the park. The Museum is committed to being a good neighbor and minimizing our impact on those who share this space with us.
