How to Book

  1. Please fill out the Birthday Party Request Form.
  2. We’ll follow up to confirm details and collect a 50% deposit (non-refundable).
  3. The remaining balance is due 3 days before the party.
  4. Show up and get ready to party!

FAQs

Once you fill out the Birthday Party Request Form, a Museum Event Consultant will reach out to collect your payment info. You’ll then receive a confirmation agreement to sign.

Yes. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The final balance is due 3 days before your party. We'll base it on your final guest count—so any updates to room setup or catering will reflect that final number.

  • Cancel more than 3 days before your party: You won’t owe the remaining balance, but the deposit is still non-refundable. 
  • Cancel less than 3 days before: The full amount will still be due. 
  • If the Museum needs to close for any reason, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 

Your credit card details are stored securely until the final payment is processed. After that, they are destroyed.

Please head straight to the Ticket Scanner and let staff know you’re here for the party. If applicable, you'll be given an envelope that includes any special exhibit or show tickets. Please make sure you have a printed list of your guests so the Ticket Scanner can check off names as they arrive, If someone doesn’t have a ticket, they’ll need to go to admissions to purchase their ticket or show their membership card. Each guest will receive a wristband and be directed to your party room.

Yes. All birthday party guests must wear their wristband to enter—or re-enter—the Museum.

Guests who are not covered by your reserved party package (or who check in beyond the number of wristbands provided) will need to purchase general admission at the door.

Absolutely! You're welcome to box up any leftover food—but it must be removed from the party room by the end of your reserved time.

Unfortunately, no. The Museum cannot store or monitor birthday gifts and is not responsible for any lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged items.

We offer Yellow, Chocolate or Confetti.

Yes! Themed cakes are available for an additional charge. Just let us know during booking and we’ll provide a quote.

For safety reasons, we do not allow: 

  • Candles or anything flammable 
  • Balloons or inflatables (including arches) 
  • Confetti, glitter, pinatas or silly string 

But don’t worry—we’ve got some great alternatives that still bring the wow.
