Strollers and non-motorized wheelchairs are available to check out at our information desk located on the first floor across from the gift shop. These items are first come first serve and cannot be reserved in advance. We do not have motorized carts available to rent.
Yes, we allow services animals in the Museum, which is defined as animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Pets and emotional support animals are not considered service animals and will not be allowed.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited.
To support a positive experience for everyone, guests are expected to wear appropriate, family friendly attire while visiting the Museum.
- Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.
- Clothing may not display offensive, vulgar, or threatening language, imagery, or symbols.
- Attire or accessories that pose a safety risk, restrict movement, or could be mistaken for official personnel (including emergency responders, law enforcement, or Museum staff) are not permitted.
- Guests 12 years of age and older may not wear masks or face coverings that obscure the face, except for medical, health, or religious reasons.
Exceptions may apply for invited mascots or special events where costumes are encouraged. Guests may be asked to adjust attire or remove prohibited items as a condition of entry.
