GOLD (Growth Opportunities for Leadership Development): Emerging Leadership Program, is a six-month interactive program designed to identify and continue to cultivate the next generation of leaders within the Museum. Through in-person and live virtual classes, participants engage in a series of workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions designed to enhance their leadership skills, broaden their knowledge of our industry, and prepare them for future leadership roles.

We recognize that leadership is beyond the title; leadership shows up in a variety of different ways, and here at the museum we want to provide staff with an opportunity to strengthen their skills for their existing roles, project work, and or future opportunities.
